What people ask first
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the address, how long we're in the air, and whether you need video as well as photos. Send the details and you'll have a price before you book anything.
- How fast do I get my files?
- Photos arrive by download link within 24 hours of the flight. Video depends on the job, so we'll give you a date when we quote.
- Can I have the raw footage?
- Yes. Ask when you book and we'll send it with everything else.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We hold a CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and an Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC), so we can talk to air traffic on the radio, and we carry $10 million in public liability insurance.
- Where can't you fly?
- Close to airports (Sydney, Bankstown, Camden and the RAAF base at Richmond are the usual ones), directly over people, above 120 metres, and in national parks without a permit. Send the address and you'll know before you book.
- What happens if the weather's bad?
- We don't fly in rain or strong wind. We'll move the flight to the next day that's safe to fly.
- Where are you based?
- Western Sydney. We cover all of Sydney, and further out if you tell us where.
